Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (unboxing video).

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your package
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or damaged

You receive the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (e.g. personalized or made-to-order items)

Personal care items (e.g. beauty and grooming products)
Please reach out to us if you’re unsure about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return the original, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow our return policy instead.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at urbanbunka@gmail.com with your order details.
If your cancellation request is approved:

Any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method
